Thank you for purchasing MYOB products & services. To receive your Cash Back you need to accept the following terms and conditions and then complete all the required details on the online Cash Back Redemption Form.

 

Hong Kong Cash Back T&C

 

1. The "CASH BACK" promotion is an Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd (MYOB exclusive master distributor for Hong Kong and Macau) offer only valid in Hong Kong & Macau.

2. The "CASH BACK" offer is only available to new Asian Business Software Solutions Pte Ltd customers purchasing MYOB Accounting, MYOB Premier or MYOB Premier Plus between 1st June 2016 and 30th June 2016.

3. Payment will be made by the 30th September provided the customer has supplied the completed "CASH BACK" online redemption form will clear and correct details. Imcomplete redemptions will not be accepted.

4. Payment will be made via direct credit ABSS Pte. Ltd.

5. Lead time of bank clearance for your payment is within 10 days.

6. The participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the redemption form via e-mail.

7. ​Value of "CASH BACK" is as follows:

   - MYOB Accounting HK$ 250

   - MYOB Premier HK$ 400

   - MYOB Premier Plus HK$500

8. The "CASH BACK" cannot be granted to any participant who:

   - Has not purchased a product within 1st June and 30th June 2016; and/or

   - Has not registered their product by 12th July 2016.

9. The "CASH BACK" will only be paid upon satisfaction by Asian Business Software Solutions Pte. Ltd. of these terms and conditions. By completing the redemption form, customer confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. All claims are subject to terms and conditions set out herewith and claims which do not conform to these terms and conditions will be void.

11. The "CASH BACK" applications become and remain the property of Asian Business Software Solutions Pte. Ltd. upon receipt, and remain property of Asian Business Software Solutions Pte. Ltd.

12. Asian Business Software Solutions Pte. Ltd. accepts no responsility for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected applications, except in the event of negligence, fault, or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of Asian Business Software Solutions Pte. Ltd. or its agents.

13. Asian Business Software Solutions Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice.

14. This promotion is not valid with any other promotion or purchases of Upgrades, Site, and Sub-Licenses, MYOB licenses and MYOB Datafiles.

15. Cashback is non-transferable to any other company name.

16. Under no circumstances will late "CASH BACK" claims be processed.
